This Privacy Policy explains how Salesa ("Salesa", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our sales-training and live-coaching platform (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account data — name, work email, organization, and role when you or your manager create an account.
- Practice & call data — roleplay sessions, call transcripts, scores, and coaching suggestions generated while you use the Service.
- Usage data — log data, device and browser information, and product analytics used to operate and improve the Service.
2. How we use it
We use the information to provide the Service (run roleplays, generate live suggestions, produce summaries and analytics), to support and secure your account, and to improve our product. We do not sell your personal data.
3. AI processing
Practice and call content is processed by AI models to generate transcripts, scores, and coaching. We use enterprise AI providers under data-processing terms and do not permit your content to be used to train third-party public models.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with sub-processors needed to run the Service (e.g. cloud hosting, telephony, AI inference) under contract, or where required by law. Each organization's data is isolated from other organizations.
5. Security & retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and delete or anonymize it on request, subject to legal obligations.
6. Your rights
Depending on your region (including GDPR and Israeli privacy law), you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at privacy@salesa.ai.
