These Terms govern your access to and use of Salesa (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.

1. The Service

Salesa provides AI-powered sales roleplay practice, live-call coaching, and related analytics. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Accounts are for business use by your organization's authorized users.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service unlawfully, or to harass, defraud, or harm others.
Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Ensure you have the right and any required consent to record or process the calls and data you put into the Service (including under applicable call-recording and privacy laws).

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content your organization submits (scripts, transcripts, recordings). You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed as agreed at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Availability & disclaimer

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. AI-generated suggestions are aids, not guaranteed outcomes; you remain responsible for your sales decisions and compliance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salesa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination we will delete or return your data per the Privacy Policy.
